The Plan?

Personalized nutritional guidance, combined with motivational behavioural change coaching. 

​The 8-week programme approcah is based on new scientific insights and will include:

The program includes: two personalized nutrition consultations with a Nutritionist; three individual behaviour change coaching sessions; access to continuous online support and motivation from both presenters as well as others on the program. A colourful recipe booklet packed with delicious, nutritious, easy to prepare meals and other downloadable resources.
